All food service employees must be trained by a
Certified Food Manager.

for employee training
The Florida State Statue 509.049 requires all food service workers to complete approved training in safe food handling techniques
within 60 days of employment.

Licensed establishments must always maintain written documentation on premises of food service employee training.
