Management Workshop and Exam Registration

The Workshop
Each live workshop will include:
• Student workbook and materials
• Practice tests
• Review of basic sanitation and safety requirements for food managers

The Exam
After the workshop the Florida Approved National Registry of Food Safety Professional Exam will be issued by Education Programs. You will have 2 hours in which to complete the 80 question multiple choice exam. A score of 75% is needed to pass.

Pre-registration is required. You must bring a Photo ID and know your Social Security Number.

ON-LINE: Choose the class you wish to attend from the schedule below. Fill out the form below and click the submit query button. We will confirm your registration via e-mail, if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please call

Course Fee:Tuition: $105.00 credit or debit card online or by phone two business days prior to class date, or pay $115.00 exact cash or money order at the door. New Corporate rate $95.00 prepay only applies when registering three or more people at the same time. Retest is $50.00. Reschedule fee $0.00: Prepaid fees will be transferred to rescheduled class.
